The Annual Membership Meeting of the Tucson Kitchen Musicians' Association (TKMA) will be held on Monday, January 12, 2009, at 7:00 pm at The Boondocks.

Pursuant to TKMA Bylaws Articles VI 2 and IX 2, the Board of Directors and Officers of the association shall be elected by a majority vote of the membership present at the annual meeting held in January.

All Officer positions (President, Executive Director, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Public Relations) and two (2) Director positions are open for election. Officer terms are for 1 year. Directors' terms are for 3 years.
